Increasingly, students require a good grasp of applying digital tools to learning. In this session, Mark Nichols discusses three main ways in which digital tools can help with learning: Access to i...nformation; Processing and presenting information; Sharing and discussing information. Mark also talks about the study skills and technical skills needed for effective learning, and how getting the right device is one of the most important things students can do in online learning. This session is also used in Fresher's Fair 2016 Day 2.
