The session will cover the following topics: * What is a Student Support Team (SST) and what should student expect from their SST? * How do SSTs help with students with additional requirements? * ...What is the StudentHome page? * Changing qualifications and module pathways * Exam arrangements What is the SST? This session will address this question in more detail. The Faculty of Business and Law Student Support Team are based in Oxford and look after business and law students from the process of registering right through to graduation. Ezerah will discuss support and guidance for students with additional requirements and answer questions about the StudentHome page – this is often an issue for many new students. Ezerah will also cover the issue of changing qualifications and module pathways and what to do in terms of arrangements for exams. Stephen will look at explaining how relationships with tutors work, and other key issues for academic and higher education study, including how to avoid falling behind (and what to do if you do fall behind), time management and managing expectations.
