Description
In this session, our guest Gini Harrison will be talking about the potential digital technology has to support health and wellbeing. We will also be talking about the issue of perinatal anxiety, a...nd how these type of eHealth technologies might be particularly helpful in terms of reaching new mothers who may not have the time (or inclination) to seek face-to-face help. Gini previously helped to develop and evaluate an online evidence-based self-help tool to support people with mild-to-moderate stress, anxiety and depression in Australia called myCompass.
