This session will focus on how to map, design and use the business model canvas for testing an entrepreneurial idea and its feasibility. It will show you how to use the template for the competition..., and which questions need to be asked and reflected upon in each part of the canvas. The need for coherence between the different parts of the canvas will be explained and discussed. In particular, the consistency between customer segments and the value proposition will be emphasised. Finally, the session refers to the question of how a balance between costs and revenues can be achieved to ensure the financial sustainability of the new venture.
