TMAs all done and dusted, material neatly shelved in your study space... summer is ...the perfect time to reflect on what you did well and what you could improve on. It’s also a great time to revisit some material you may had skimmed over, or look again at important skills that can take time to develop in preparation for the next level. In this session, OU student Gemma offers her advice on how she has reflected on the past to prepare for the future.
Moving on to level 2 and wondering how things will change? Thinking about how you c...an prepare over the summer? In this session we discuss some of the fundamental differences between level 1 and level 2 study and explain how you can best prepare to move from the descriptive to the evaluative.
Level 3 is important in a number of ways: the subject area is more specialised, the... content is often more complex and you are required to analyse information in a lot more depth than at level 2. Also, the grades have more bearing on your overall degree classification, so if you are aiming for a first class pass it is important to get your studies at level 3 right! In this session we discuss all of these aspects as well as how to deliver answers in your assessment that meet the required criteria.
