In this session Cindy Kerawalla will talk about the Open University's Doctor of Education (EdD) programme. She'll explain what a doctorate is, how an EdD is different to a PhD, who the degree is fo...r, and why students choose to study it. Kevin Mayles, Head of Analytics, will also join the panel, to discuss how the Open University uses student data and 'learning analytics' to support students and help them achieve their goals.
