In the press

Wan-Yu Shih appeared on the Taiwanese current affairs show Let's Talk in July 2023, talking about global climate trends and what Taiwan needs to do to adapt to extreme heat -> watch here.

Leslie Mabon was quoted across a number of media outlets in July 2023, offering expert comment on the summer 2023 European heatwaves. His words appeared in the Guardian, ITV, and the Independent among others.

Blogs and news articles

Leslie Mabon wrote an article for the Open University's OpenLearn pages on how nature can help us meet the climate challenge in cities. You can read it online here.

Leslie Mabon also wrote an article for the National Centre for Resilience Scotland's blog, on what extreme heat means for Scotland. You can read it online here.

Wan-Yu Shih wrote an article on a session on Green Spaces and Climate Injustice, which she led at the 2023 International Symposium on Just Transitions towards De-carbonised Urban Systems, which was held at Academia Sinica, Taipei in February 2023. You can read it online here.
