Disabled Veterans Scholarship Fund

The Disabled Veterans’ Scholarships Fund (DVSF) has been tailored to fully support disabled veterans, disabled or injured in or due to service, as they transition to civilian life. It provides a free OU education and a wraparound support service.

The OU works with the forces in everything from validation to providing insight and resources to support L&D professionals within the forces, to support their learners more.

Everybody in the Royal Navy or Armed Forces is going through some sort of training. As you come in you’re on some sort of learning programme. Personal development is just as important as professional development because it builds the individual, it builds their confidence and self-awareness. It unlocks their potential and where they can get to.
