Abstract
Through presentations and discussion, Dr Elena Vacchelli, (Middlesex University), Dr Akwugo Emejulu (Edinburgh University), Dr Umut Erel (OU) and Dr Sara de Jong (OU) will explore researchers' and migrants' social and political engagement. Looking particularly closely at the third sector, they will discuss participatory methods and community engagement, solidarity and critique.
