Director of People at Thames Valley Police. Chairs the Centre partnership, including the Steering Group and the Membership Group of the 20 police agency partners.
Professor of Public Leadership. Works closely with the Chair and leadership team to lead the Centre. Research interests in leadership, organizational learning and innovation.
Senior Lecturer in Policing. Leads all the policing degrees work, including Police Constable Degree Apprenticeships and Degree Holder Entry Programme. Research interests in criminology including visual aspects of policing.
Works closely with the Chair and as part of the Leadership team to lead the Centre. Nicky’s research interests are around evidence-based policing with a particular focus on police-academic collaborations, the translation and mobilisation of policing-relevant research into practice, as well as building the ‘what works’ evidence base in policing.
Professor of Forensic Cognition. Responsible for the selection and quality of all Centre-endorsed and funded research. Research interests in eyewitness identification, face recognition, social media use by police and public, citizens forensics.
Senior Lecturer in Operations Management. Responsible for all non-accredited learning, and also the Postgraduate Certificate and PhDs. Research on demand management in policing and in health services.
Project Manager. Manages Centre projects and oversees the research project portfolio
Senior Manager, Partnerships and Operations. Responsible for the operational running of the Centre for Policing Research and Learning and Policing Organisation and Practice to deliver our ground-breaking mission and for organising the portfolio of learning, research and knowledge exchange projects and activities.
Head of Strategy, Partnerships and Operations - Policing. Responsible for the strategic management of the Centre and operational running of the Centre. Also undertaking a PhD in policing.
Centre Secretary. Involved in running the Centre office.
