Description
Asher Cashdan introduces the programme, which is a discussion between three people having lunch in the radio studio. They are Christopher Driver, Editor of the Good Food Guide; Jennifer Stone, jour...nalist and author of a cookery book and Michael Morris, Deputy Head of a school in Birmingham. They discuss two questions raised in Block 9 of the course, namely: "Is there such a thing as "good taste" in wine and food" and "Are there any fixed criteria by which wine and food can be judged?
