Anna Maria Hall (née Fielding) was an Irish novelist. She wrote several novels including 'The Buccaneer' in 1832. She married Irish journalist Samuel Carter Hall and contributed to the magazines he edited, including the 'New Monthly Magazine' and 'The Art Journal'. Hall co-founded several charity organisations including the Nightingale Fund and the Hospital for Consumption at Brompton.
