Description
Charles Benjamin Tayler was an English clergyman who wrote many religious instruction books for children. He became rector of several parishes during his lifetime and spent a few years at St Peter's Church in Chester before moving to Otley in Suffolk. He wrote numerous books and pamphlets including 'The Child of the Church of England' and 'Sermons for all Seasons'. Many of his books were anti-Catholic in nature.
