Description
Davy Connery was a Police Officer for over thirty years during which time he delivered prisoners to the Maze Prison (H Blocks the Maze and Long Kesh Prison) and conducted an investigation in the Maze. He worked in the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and the Mobile Support Unit before becoming Head of Crime Prevention for the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI). He studied with The Open University from the 1990s onwards gained an Honours Degree and a Masters Degree in Criminology and then became an Associate Lecturer for The Open University in Personal Finance and Economics.
