Description
In the programme Bob Bell, of the Open University, attempts to answer the central question posed by the television programme — "Why was Mackenzie suspended from Summerhill Academy, Aberdeen?..." He tries to analyse whether the suspension was the result of maladministration on Mackenzie's part, or whether there was a clash of Educational Ideologies. The programme includes interviews with many of the leading figures in the controversy
