Description
This is the second of two programmes in which the student is encouraged to listen attentively to mucis and helped to train his own ear. This programme concentrates on two subjects: 1. Melodies and ...themes - developing a memory for the shape and rhythm of a melody, so as to be able to spot repetitions and changes. 2. Pulse and rhythm - learning to feel the difference between 2 beats and 3 beats in a bar and to notice the different ways in which a composer uses the pulse.
