The overall aim of S.C.C.E.P. is to produce gifted children with New York City skyline profiles of ability. New York is a city of tall_buildings and of low buildings. An individual's ability is lik...e this. The individual is good at some things (i.e. tall buildings) and bad at others (i.e. low buildings). The programme establishes some of the interests of S.C.C.E.P., e.g. Dr. Ogilvie's four areas of concern, Mathematics, Environmental Sciences, Humanities and Expressive Arts.
