The programme explores the management of a multi-disciplinary team at Lissue Hospital near Belfast, where children with behaviour problems attend a special school inside the hospital. Professional ...jealousy and the perceptions of the different professional groups, nurses, psychiatrists, teachers and social workers, working together, could cause friction if it wasn't for a sophisticated management approach. The work of the Unit is discussed by reference to the case of one boy, who has been attending the school for some time.
