To commemorate the Open University's 40th anniversary and as part of the ongoing work to capture the history of the organisation, the Open University Oral History Project was established to conduct
... interviews with staff from the first appointments in 1969 and with the first students enrolled from 1971 onwards. These two CDs contain a selection of extracts covering five themes.
