Footage description: | A young couple go into an Estate Agent's office. They describe the sort of house they want, and timidly agree to look at something unsuitable. The film sequence runs back. The couple now take a firm line with the agent. He finds two houses that interest them. The programme booklet is shown giving examples of how points should be marked of on it. The couple look round the first house. The commentator remarks on their approach and the behaviour of the agent. The couple now look at a second house. They are shown round by the very chatty owner of the house. The commentator gives advice about how this should not prevent the couple from having a good look round, and how they should distance themselves from the buying process, taking the time over the decision. |
