I think it is pretty clear if one just looks at the scale of a project like this [300 GEV], that not only is it extremely large, but it involves quite considerable technological complexities. That... brings me to a question which is very interesting to us in this study. You hear a lot of talk about technological spin-off from a project of this kind. How do you think that this is really significant or is it just a "bit of special pleading" by people who just like building or using high energy accelerators?
