This DVD-ROM contains five short films of students who participated in OU study through a series of innovative projects undertaken in partnership with local organisations including voluntary and co...mmunity organisations, social care providers and schools, and three short films of partner workers. In these films, the students and partners talk about their experiences of working with the OU, the reasons why it was successful and the benefits it has brought. The films are supported by text providing background information about the projects and drawing out a series of key principles for effective widening participation. There is contextual information about The Open University and details of who to contact for further information.
