This o...nline mental health and wellbeing resource is available to all current students, and provides a safe space for you to get things off your chest, explore your feelings and learn how to improve and self-manage your mental health and wellbeing. Whether you’re struggling to sleep, feeling low, stressed or not coping, Big White Wall can help you get support, take control and feel better. In this session Karen is joined by Emma Greenstein, the OU’s Mental Health Adviser; and Mathijs Lucassen, a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health. They will introduce the features of Big White Wall and discuss the importance of seeking help and support to look after your mental health and wellbeing.
