Description
Change has been a key feature in business for some time now, we often talk of the accelerating rate of change due to technological advances for example, providing far reaching data at our fingertip...s to aid decision making. But the pandemic has accelerated that change further, significantly, businesses that have done well have been agile, not just looking at market and product development as options for growth or survival, but considering full diversification, introducing new products in new markets at speed. Equally businesses that were struggling, such as some high street department stores, have had their business model fully exposed, and the days of asset rich, cash poor businesses may be over.
