Description
The COVID pandemic has shone a light on inequality between workers. It also has sped up progress towards more flexible working patterns. That process may benefit some. But what about the challenges... of a possible increase in insecure work and the implications for achieving a work-life balance and separating the home from the workplace? Take part in a unique interdisciplinary discussion opportunity, bringing together business and law students. Learn about business ethics and how the law is keeping up. You will be guided by OU experts through different arguments and learn about the experiences and perspective of others. The event will reveal how relevant your existing knowledge and skills are and build your confidence as an effective agent for change. It will also provide content for discussions with others, including potential contacts and future employers. With Andy Galloway and Rebecca Kelly
