Description
James Hamilton was a Scottish minister and author. He studied at the universities of Glasgow and Edinburgh and eventually moved to London where he served as pastor of the National Scotch Church in Regents Square. He was a prolific writer and popular during his lifetime. His best known works included 'Life in Earnest' and 'The Mount of Olives'.
