The OU is committed to creating an environment that is welcoming, safe and empowering for everyone, no matter how they define their gender identity.

The Trans Staff Network is a huge part of this endeavour and ​aims to provide a safe space for self-identifying trans and gender-diverse colleagues to build community and share experiences. We are so grateful to them for gathering these resources for us to share.
