This programme looks at a variety of topical issues in the area of women and technology. Diana Laurillard describes how the new University for Industry might operate and what it may have for women.... Three women exhibitors at the Craft Exhibition in Edinburgh talk about their work which shows the lighter side of technology - making hats, lamps and clay animals using new techniques, and Baroness Castle recalls the domestic arrangements of her childhood in an item which looks at changes in the way in which women have done house work over the years.
