What you’ll study

You will explore HR strategy within organisations, including issues such as employee relations and engagement, learning and development, and employee resourcing and talent management.

Credit transfer

If you’ve successfully completed some postgraduate study elsewhere, you may be able to count it towards your postgraduate qualification – reducing the number of modules you need to study. You need to apply for credit transfer as soon as possible, and certainly before you register for your first module.

Postgraduate loans

From June 2016, non means-tested loans of up to £10,000 will be available to masters degree students aged under 60. You won't have to start paying the loan back until you are earning over £21,000 a year, and even then you'll pay it back in manageable payments from as little as £20 a month¹.
