The History of Mathematics Group is housed in the School of Mathematics and Statistics. Interests of the Group include the history of women in mathematics, 19th century surface models, British mathematicians during World War One, celestial mechanics and dynamical systems, and the social-institutional history of British mathematics.
Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent). If you are not a UK citizen, you may need to prove your knowledge of English.
