The sociology of violence, war and militarism critically analyses the organisation and reproduction, experiences and legacies of collective violence and war-making, including:

The sociology group offers specialist supervision in substantive areas of the sociology of violence, war and militarism. We also provide instruction and expertise in a broad range of innovative research methodologies, social theories and general contemporary sociology.

Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent). If you are not a UK citizen, you may need to prove your knowledge of English.
