The Philosophy discipline welcomes applications for graduate work in the field of feminism, and the philosophy of sex and gender. Sophie-Grace Chappell has interests in feminist philosophy and the philosophy of sex and gender. Azita Chellappoo has interests in feminist epistemology and feminist philosophy of science, as well as questions of sex and gender as they relate to the life sciences. Applicants are advised to consult their individual pages to discover their particular research interests. Research and research students are at the heart of the discipline. In joining us, you would join a lively and friendly graduate community. The discipline hosts papers by visiting speakers throughout the year, and an annual graduate conference at which students give papers on their work in progress.

Entry requirements

MA undergraduate degree (or equivalent). If you are not a UK citizen, you may need to prove your knowledge of English.
