STEM at the OU

If you've got a passion for science, technology, engineering, maths and environment and are looking for a professional qualification to help shape future innovation and redefine your own horizons and career prospects, we're here to help you. There is a big demand for highly skilled graduates in these areas – and we often find that candidates with STEM qualifications have skills that can easily be transferred to other employment opportunities.

Our modules and qualification are very highly respected and recognised by various professional bodies. Choose from a wide range of qualifications from certificates, foundation degrees, degrees and postgraduate degrees.

Our unique style of supported ‘open learning’ is ideal because it allows you to fit learning around your life and work. Support is available from tutors and other students every step of the way.
